Return and Refund Policy
OCE GEAR accepts eligible returns within 30 days from delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, clean, and in its original condition. Items must have no dirt, stains, odors, damage, or wear. Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery when the item meets the return eligibility requirements above. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@ocegear.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. These cases will be handled according to applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that may apply.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, color, or size, please return the original item according to this policy and place a new order.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before fulfillment, whichever comes first. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Pre-Orders and Backorders
Pre-orders and backorders can be cancelled before shipment unless otherwise stated on the product page.
How to Start a Return
To request a return or cancellation, contact us at support@ocegear.com with your order number. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
